I don't want these programs on my G2!!

So I got my G2 today. There are all these extra programs on here that I wont use or need. BUT i can not select to uninstall. Does anyone know if there is a way to get these programs off my phone?

You will have to wait for the G2 to be rooted before you can take off the apps that came with the phone

Root it when its available. From the looks of it, the g2 has a little bit more pre installed apps than my Epic did. Not sure. (24 were shown on my app drawer out of the box). How many show up in the g2 out of the box?

yeah i was kinda overwhelmed with all the crap that came on this thing.. it's like buying a computer when then stock it will 1000 programs and trials that you'll never use

Well most of the apps the G2 comes with is google apps i use anyway. Its better than my old phone that came with Where's Waldo demo and Diner Dash demo

Yep I did I'm glad that phone is out of my life forever. After having the behold 2 I will never buy a Samsung phone ever

Yeah, I'll never buy one either! Now the Galaxy S phones are taking forever to get the froyo update... smh... Samsung sucks!

I'm checking out the threads on the G2 before pulling the trigger. I'm also one of the poor BH2 owners, and on top of it all I paid 229.00 on pre order last year.While I've been limping along with the BH2, I'm more than ready to make the change. My prior HTC phones all have been trouble free so I guess I can chalk it up to a expensive lesson. Samsung SUCKS

After having the BH2 the G2 feels like... like... I can't describe it. Forget that piece of garbage just get the G2 especially if you like the physical keyboard. This phone is awesome.
