I got Froyo update from Samsung Open Source. How to install?

I just got Froyo update for my GT-I5800 from the Samsung Open Source https://opensource.samsung.com/ But how can I install it?

Looking at the link you either have a .zip file or a tar.gz file to download. Whichever you choose will have to be uncompressed once downloaded. That should leave you with a .tar file which you flash using ODIN. Hopefully it will be 'one package'. See the sticky thread on upgrading from Eclair to froyo for furhter instructions.
