I have just an idea for app. How to make it real?

Sorry, I'm not a developer.
Have just an idea but no time and knowledges to make real application

In short words it is a new clock app for desktop 8)
But I've never saw anything like my idea before.

There are always these options:

1. Find a developer and work out an agreement.
2. Develop it yourself.

I don't think it can be commercial.
Maybe someone will find it interesting to make app for everyone?

You could try google app inventor also, try looking around at the xda forums lots of devs over there
