I have idea for building an cool app but i need help to make it work and if someone can tell me how to protect my idea from being stolen ?

If you want to share your idea with someone, and attempt to protect it from being stolen, you could use a non-disclosure agreement, which gives you some form of legal protection.
Of course the most obvious way to protect your idea is not to share it, and develop it yourself.
But if you need help to develop the idea, then you could always initiate a collaborative project, where the profits are shared between all parties.
Alternatively, engage the services of a developer on a professional level, and pay them for their work. Although this will probably cost a lot of money.
But many developers, like myself are doing app development in their spare time, and looking for ideas to develop, so an arrangement like profit sharing might work.
