I agree with Bearsyzf. I'm not familiar with the icon but it sure looks like a timer or alarm clock app to me.

My guess is that an alarm has been set: that produces a little clock symbol on most phones.

It seems to clearly be a picture of a stop watch. I went to the play store to look through the stop watch apps and I actually found one with the exact same icon.
