Is this safe?

I just used my Droid wall mount to charge my iPod.

Is it safe to try this on my iPod Touch?

I'd think so mate.

I'm using my ipod touch charger to charge my phone because my milestone came with a UK adapter.

I think they're the same voltage.

Its safe, BUT I think the iPod will know there is a superior product in the house and get envious
USB power is USB power no matter whom makes the device supplying it.*

*yes I know quality can be an issue...

I've used it on an ipod nano and didn't seen any issues.
