Help Issue with "Snooze" on calendar reminder notification

After selecting "Snooze" on the initial calendar reminder notification, the phone does NOT issue any follow-up reminders, notifications, or alerts of any kind (like Sense is supposed to untill you hit "Dismiss"). Anyone else having this issue?
This is a major problem for me as I am a business user.

Yep, almost made me late for work this morning. Had the same problem with the EVO 4g when I first got it last year. It will probably be fixed in the next update.

I thought I did something wrong this morning but I could have sworn I hit snooze even on the alarm clock and the phone didn't ring again. Needless to say, I was late to work.

Hmm, mine worked fine today at work. Snoozed at least twice with no issues. Calendar alerts via my mail client are set to start one hour before and I got an alert every 15 mins until I dismissed.

I have confirmed this issue and forwarded on to be tested and (hopefully) fixed in an upcoming software update. Thanks for the reports!

I've got a shiny new hTC Sensation XE, and I have the exact same problem - Snooze does nothing...

Perhaps you could use an alternative calendar app in the meantime? Jorte is pretty good.

I have the same problem now after upgrading to gingerbread 2.3.3 HTC Desire? Any solution?

I have been using the free app called calendarsnooze which is much better than the native app.
