Help iSuck to Andriod phone

Hello guys!

I want to go over to android and am completely lost in how OS updates are handled or what they signify.

I need a simple small phone in which i could just to the very simple and basic following things:

1. Use Spotify
2. Use Google Maps
3. Use Anki web deck
4. 64gb expandable memory
5. small phone/screen

I was looking at a Blu Neo 3.5 as it fits this criteria. Here are the specs:

• Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean), Dual-Core 1 GHz Cortex-A7 Processor, Mali-400 Graphics

Would this serve its purpose for what I am trying to do? Really don't watch videos or anything fancy. I just want to use it as a simple device.

Also, how does putting music on an android device work? I am praying it is drag and drop as it would make life easier. Thanks guys for helping a complete noob at this.
