Help Lg rebel 3 cant access apps or settings! "Unknown error" cant sync google to device. Help plz

Months ago after seeing possible malware factory reset and can no longer sync phone to google. Cant access home screen, apps, settings, even get java error regarding browser. Went through backdoor to use native browser via youtube. Extra app licences(nonsense) policies changed. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Do another Factoty-reset then using Chrome sign-in to your Gmail?/Google account.
Can't hurt. Might help.

Unfortunately Ive tried several times. My phone gives me a "unknown error try again in 24 hours" msg. Ive used several accounts. I need to find access to my app settings. Chrome spins me back into the init. "This device was reset enter account prev. Synced." Then after the "unknown error". I actually am signed in via native browser through accessibility menu.
