List of stock apps that can be safely removed from the Epic 4G Gingerbread

Greetings and Salutations!

First time poster, long time lurker.
Recently got a replacement Epic 4g with Gingerbread. Previously had the same phone but with the original OTA Froyo 2.2 EB13 (updated from Eclair), rooted. Was having issues with getting PRL and profile updates, even after unrooting, even tried hard reset, but couldn't get it to work. Sprint was kind enough to replace the phone with a new(not reconditioned) unit, despite the phone having been rooted.
I have rooted the new phone with no issues and have removed obvious bloatware, however I was wondering if anyone had a list of apps that are safe to remove. I've browsed the forum, and found similar lists for other phones, but none for the Epic. Any help?

I was searching google for the same thing, and happen to come across your post before I found what I looking for. I figured I'd share what I found. I would also use something other then root explorer to remove the apps. After researching, I've found that people using simple file managers would remove the apps, and they would come back on reboot. SDX Stock App Removal was my choice and seems to be successful thus far.
