Looking for a Simple app

Phone: Samsung Galaxcy S2 SH I777 AT&T
Drivesafe.ly will not work on my phone.
I have been going thru the market trying eveyrthing from Vingo to Eva the Vitural Assistant. All of them don't do eveyrthing I want and most do more then I want. I don't want to start buying apps only to find out they don't work for me.
Here what I am looking for:

1. Turns off & on when bluetooth connects to my car
2. Read my Texts. Only need 25 words. Simple msg "Call the Office" "Meeting Changed to 2:30"
3. Auto send a canned reply such as "I have recieved your text but I am driving. Wil get back to you as soon as I can.
4. This item would be great but not necessary. Voice dailing

I only want and app to works when I am in my vehicle. I don't want it talking to me at any other time. It has to be automatic since I won't remember to turn it on or off.
