Low on Space

I keep getting the message that I am low on space. When apps update they fail saying not enough storage space. When I try to move things to internal storage the Move To Internal Storage block is grayed out. Everything that I am allowed to move to internal has been moved and I still show 3.+ remaining. Help please.

Try moving everything to EXTERNAL storage. Most apps download and install to internal storage by default. (And don't excpect to load a small phone with dozens of apps - you can only get 32 ounces into a quart container.)

My two choices are Move to Internal Storage or Move to Phone. There is no External option.
