Help Major Continuum Problem Help Please!

So I was on my phone and my RSS feed wasn't working for a whole day, or the news wasnt coming up in normal amounts than usual per day.

I did a restart of my phone and I got to the home screen and the only button that works on the bottom row is the back button. All of the other buttons are unresponsive and do not work. The slide screen coming down is disabled as well, along with the ticker on the bottom,

can anyone please help me and tell me what the problem is??? Thanks

Try pulling the battery and rebooting. If that doesn't work take it back to Verizon.
