Root Market wont update on 3g

All of a sudden I'm having issues with downloadin ANY new apps from the marketit cleared cache with cache mate powerclear...still nothing, any ideas sorry i didn't feel this would require a new thread

edit:I'm having the same issue with updating on the market
 
Do you have "Data Saver" selected? If so, that would stop 3G from downloading and would limit you to WiFi downloads.

Check your Settings>Battery & data manager>Data Saver to see whether or not it was selected.

Just a guess...?

Holy baloney I can't believe I didn't check that...thanks, now I feel stupid
