Need some help guys.

I have owned a couple Android phones but I never messed with movies on them.

Picked up a droid X the other day.

I want to get some movies on this bad boy. Can anyone tell me where to start? What media player to use? What format do the movies have to be in? Where to find some movies?

Thanks in advance

Its getting late so I can't give you the whole spiel, but I'll tell you what I can.

Generally, .mp4 (H.264) type files are preferred, since Android can play them natively with no problems. They also give a very good picture quality to file size ratio. However, since you do have a Droid X, which is a more powerful device, there are also some players that let you play other video formats.
