Instructions:

First time flashing CyanogenMod 11 on your device, or coming from another ROM?

1. Root the device and install ClockworkMod or TWRP Recovery.
2. Perform a backup of your current ROM.
3. Perform a factory reset while in recovery
4. Flash CyanogenMod.
5. Flash GAPPS

Make sure you set the correct APN for your provider, for mobile data to work (thanks ksjd0414)

Do not use bug tracker on Unofficial builds

Some other changes that may help stability, so possible fix for reboots
I put back all the files I removed, so GPS should work again, I will clean it up and get rid of unneeded files sometime in the future

NEW WAYS TO ACCESS RECOVERY
To boot into recovery from a powered off state

turn phone on
before you see the LG Logo
press and hold the home button, keep holding until recovery is booted (it may take a while)

my tree looks nothing like yours or dm4702
it is based on my zte 8x30 tree

me and dm47021 are friends and he knows what I am capable of
