I won't be installing this, I'm waiting for the good one ;) , but I noticed on your site you say to have cwm installed.

Does this mean philz touch won't work or that cwm is what you have used and can guarantee it will work?

Waiting for the custom rom......... :-)

OK cool I'll give it another try. This damn phone!!!!! lol Noone's been able to get any roms to flash on this thing. It's frustrating.

Anyways I'll be back later with another test.

looking at the logs shows an error in the symlink

/system/etc/firmware/wcd9310/wcd0310_mbhc.bin to /data/misc/audio/mbhc.bin: no such file or directory

Ok I'm uploading it now to my g drive. As soon as it's done uploading I'll post back and let you guys know.

Yep, no problems with T-Mobile F3 :D

Thanks for testing it out :) I guess the only things we have to do ourselves is just change the boot and shutdown animation to t-mobile (or android l :D) and maybe build.prop since I skimmed through it and saw it saw metro pcs. I'm pretty sure that won't brick, but GameTheory correct me if I'm wrong. BUT isn't this only the debloated version? Cause GameTheory said he made a customized one too and that's the one were all dying to try :D

I'm sure all you would have to do is copy your build.prop before flashing and then replace...unless GT modified the build.prop it shouldn't affect the ROM whatsoever

Ok thanks. I just get nervous with build.prop since that was my first brick ever

As far as which rom is which, that's explained in the first post. You should be able to flash this on t-mobile without making any changes since metro is running on t-mobile network.

I made a metro rom for another lg phone and t-mo users are using it with no problem on the t-mo version of that phone without any changes.

Yeah t-mo acquired metro about 2 years ago... At the end of this year metro will shut down their cdma network since they're now on t-mo's gsm network.

This is why metro is selling gsm phones for cheap or giving some for free so that people can make the switch to a gsm phone before the shutdown deadline.

Ok I guess the build.prop doesn't matter as long as this phone doesn't get any more updates since that kitkat rumor was a lie

Good idea changing the name to ms659 and p659 slimlite rom since that will stop people from asking if its t-mobile compatible or not. I mean my rule is anything for metro pcs works for t-mobile and vice versa unless specified. Other than that great work on the first rom, and if you don't mind me asking how's the other rom coming along?
