Later this month I'll be upgrading from a Desire HD to a Samsung Galaxy S3 (UK T-Mobile contract).
I wonder how I can go about moving all my stuff from one device to the other?
Obviously I can simply copy my media to my PC and then to the new device and as I understand it, Play Store will allow me to put all my apps on it once I sign into Google.
What about my contacts? I use Lookout so should I use it's backup function to transfer them across?
Anything else I should be thinking of?
