so true, and I probably could have done it an easier way by just changing the apk file in the Zeam zip to the full app then flash that then flash the mod on it but yeah didn't think of that at the time. like this

this worked just fine, you can just flash this on top of the unchanged rom and it puts Zeam launcher in so you can use Thangfish's mod on R07

Two step method for ICS mod, clear cache as normal then:
flash R07 with Zeam in it
g60's R08 update with Zeam in it(removed launcher2 put in Zeam):

then flash
Thangfish's mod as normal

or


The following zip will simply add Zeam as a system app, works on G60's r07. Just use normal flashing procedures. flash this after flashing R07 then you can flash thangfish's ICS theme on it, using his file.
1. flash G60's update as normal
2. Flash Zeam Launcher below
3. Flash Thangfish's mod

I downloaded Zeam a second from the Google Play store and then it ran fine. Seems okay now.

Trying not to screw this up. Are there 2 different ways? Can we either download your ROM zip with the launcher in and then reflash the mod or download the original g 60.7, then flash your zeam zip and then the mod? Or do all of those zips in your post have to be flashed?

just apply the updated g60 ROM.
zeam will be gone.
no use whatsoever in applying the undo flash first.

yeah I made two ways of doing it because I did the first way aka the hard way, before I thought of just making the Zeam apk flashable

Just install as any other apk. If you have installed zeam from market, uninstall it first.

After I flash the 08 update I can just install the modded zip correct? It should I do that before I flash the update to keep my setup?

Yes, if you haven't installed it in 07.

If you've already installed it, then you don't have to do it again, just update the ROM.

I also went into a force closing loop after installing the modded apk.

Please give some history of the steps you have taken with ROM and zeam.Trying to figure out what's happening here. Should be pretty straight forward.
Also check /system/app to verify zeam is gone from there.

Flashed 08 update. Then went in and installed apk. Chose zeam and force close city erupted.
