Motorola Car Dock Audio Menu - what for?

If you press the Menu button when the phone is in the Motorola Car Dock, a 'Dock Settings' menu pops up leading to an 'Audio' menu. However, the Audio menu doesn't seem to respond or alter anything.

Any ideas what this menu is for, or what it's supposed to access? I've tried it with the headphone jack plugged into the car audio, with Bluetooth connected, with music playing, on a phone call, etc. etc. etc., and nothing else comes up.

Any ideas?

When I hit mine, it takes me back to the phone screen.

I think it points to car docker speakerphone app. This enables speakerphone when in car doc.
