Help My phone doesn't play any sound at all nor do videos play.

My device is a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Lineage OS.

Vibrations work but any sound at all does not, I've tried plugging in a headphone but no notification pops up telling me its connected and sound doesn't play through them either.

I've already factory reset my phone at least three times now and the problem occured when I was on my stock ROM aswell.

If I try playing videos they either dont play at all or just play really slowly.
