Help Need Help Asap(SIM card is PUK-locked)

I have had my Xperia for about a month now, This is the first time that I have been locked out of my phone. I do not have a lock pattern for it, so its not locked from me entering the incorrect lock pattern. On the unlock screen it says SIM card is PUK-Locked. I have no idea what that means or how to fix it, anyone have any idea's please let me know asap. I use my cell for work and without it I will loose clients and my production rates will decrease drastically...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help me

The PUK code usually comes printed somewhere in the box. You can also get it off the website of some networks, although you might have to call them up with others.

The PUK code is not for your phone it's for your sim card so you should call to your provider Telecom Customer service and ask them about the puk after you confirm that you are the owner of the sim they will give you it
