Help new galaxy dies randomly

just bought a new galaxy 1 month ago and over the past 3 days it dies randomly. It's completely blank and you cant power on - the only way to make it work is taking out the battery and then putting it back in again and then it powers on and works as normal. The battery is charged or at least it shows charged so not sure whats causing this? - any suggestions - thanks

This keeps happening to me, factory reset has done nothing. Did you get this sorted??
