New to samgung tablet HELP PLEASE!!

Hi i've recently bought a samsung galaxy tab2 10'1 and everything was working perfectly a few days ago until I tried to log into the samsung apps and all I get now is an error code msg stating service not unavailable (2000) all other apps are working normally can anyone help me its driving me nuts thanks

I don't know the layout of the settings for a Samsung device, but I would recommend going into your settings, then apps, then make sure you get the tab/section for "all". Scroll down to find the apps you can't log into, and CLEAR DATA. It'll erase your log in info, and "start the app over", if you will.

Hi RyanB i've just followed your instructions and the same problem is still there when I try to sign into samsung apps

Try setting up another Samsung account and see if that works.
