Newbie...Where do I go??

I'm a newbie here but have no clue where to go. I already asked a question(I had my Samsung Moment for 4.5 months now) but I think it was in the wrong spot. Truly sorry about that. There's so much on this forum that I have gotten confused on where to go and where to ask what. Help! Going around in circles and it's got me getting vertigo.
