Help Nexus 5 as a virtual machine in pc?

Hi is there a way to run the nexus 5 in pc? So to take an exact twrp backup from phone and restore it to pc?

Yes--by way of the Android SDK's Android Virtual Device (AVD) [i.e., it's an emulated Android environment].

You'd basically have to take the constituent parts of the Nandroid backup and provide them to the emulator.
