Nexus 6p Google Chrome Issues

So I have a factory unlocked nexus 6p running Android 7.1.2. Google Chrome will no longer download videos from any website. I've tried multiple websites and every time I click download it will kick over to the Play store for me to download Aloha Browser + Free VPN. Does anybody know why this is happening or has anybody had any similar issues with this? I have tried clearing the cache, booting in safe mode and its still doing it. Any help would be appreciated.
