Help Nexus s gt-i9020t ics HELPPPPPPP

hello all

I have a gt-i9020t. I am getting an update for ics 4.0.4 but it will download but errors out during install.

I have tried to drop the file onto the phone and update via sdcard Fail.

It keeps giving me patch failed. install aborted.

It dows start the process and then the android with the triangle comes up.

I dont know much of anything about this stuff so I would very much apprciate if someone could help.

I do know the phone does say it is locked.

You need to be on stock recovery and radio/baseband. I had the same problem the first time i tried
