Root No SIM UICC - Bypassing the "Insert MetroPCS SIM" pop up

Hello everyone,

My r910 indulge has a missing SIM UICC. I have it partially working on Cricket, but I can't make outgoing calls because of the "Insert MetroPCS" popup block. Let me know if aLogcat log during boot would help. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated on what steps I should try/check.

Wouldn't cricket supply a sim card for their service? Cause they also have the indulge. (R915)

There is only one SIM UICC for each indulge. I'm not sure about all the specifics, but I do know that there isn't a way to get it replaced since the SIM UICC is one of a kind.

To add to the above post, the SIM UICC can not be replaced on older MetroPCS LTE models (i.e indulge). Newer MetroPCS LTE devices have a different SIM UICC class card, and they are replaceable.

Just a thought...

Try to turn off 4g and disable it..It might work. I think you can use Anycut.
