Help not getting work emails on my Droid X

I want to get my work emails on my Droid X and the IT dept. there does not support Droid, 'tho I hear it is possible to do this. I have tried many different settings under "Accounts" and haven't hit it yet. Any suggestions? My email address ends in mednet.ucla.edu. (ucla...big place).
