Help Notification bar problem

My notification bar keeps getting stuck at the top and I can no longer swype it all the way down. Sometimes it comes down about half way other times I just see the bar. The only way to resolve this so far is to reboot. But this lately is happening a few times a day. Is there a way to reboot just the bar?

Try to clean your screen.
-or pull out battery for 5 sec.

I dont think that it would help him since pulling out the battery for 5 seconds is kinda considered a reboot.

This is the only Android phone that I've seen so far with this issue. I think its a software-hardware issue and definitely not rom specific.

Well it had happen to me so i just simply reboot and clean the screen! lol

I clean my screen at least a few times a day. And I am rebooting the phone currently about 4 times a day minimum. I yup it has been going on since it was stock, but seems to be getting more frequent the older it becomes, that is why I am looking for a no reboot solution.

Are you using any Launcher app?
Maybe its a bug from a Launcher........
Try to update or re-install or remove.

I am using basix but i upgraded to launcher pro +.

If you are using Basix try this.... go to menu from the main screen then preferences then scroll down to 4th from the bottom (restart Launcher Pro) then DONT TOUCH ANYTHING until it all the way resets, about a full minute. That works for me. But since this latest install of Basix it hasnt been happening as much.
