I use Doubletwist with AirSync for automatic wireless syncing via wifi. The newest update makes it work flawlessly for all media (Pics, vids, music, and podcasts).
The player is a solid all-purpose one with limited format support. Poweramp is a better music player and Rockplayer or vplayer will play more video formats but Doubletwist will transcode video before syncing.
