Orange Border in Google and some websites

I have an orange border around the field I select on Google and /or some websites. It appears to highlight the field/ cell I selected. It introduces a momentary pause- very annoying. Does anyone know haow to remove through configuration settings. My phone is a Motorola Razr Maxx. Thanks for any advice you may have in relation to this question.
