Phone asks if I have input pen multiple times a day

One day I dropped the phone and since then, I get asked multiple times a day if the input pen is missing. The pen is in its place but I have never used it and if it did get lost, I wouldn't miss it.

How can I stop this annoyance?

There should be an "S Pen" settings option in the phone's Settings that allow you to turn the notification on/off:

If that does not work, then it's probably a hardware issue. You can either ignore it, get it fixed, or get a new phone.
