Greetings,
We have a user who sync's her phone with her corporate Exchange account. She was having an issue with duplicate's in her calendar because she sync'd wirelessly then connected to her PC via USB and sync'd again.
So far, no big deal. The problem is, to resolve that issue, we deleted that account to clear up the calendar issue but when we re-created that account, it's like the information was still on the phone because the duplicate calendar events were still there even though they didn't exist in Outlook.
I'm guessing the phone is remembering that stuff from somewhere and pulling it back in when we recreate the account. Is there a way to make sure the account is truly removed so she can get a fresh start and sync with her Outlook without it pulling in the old, stale calendar events?
