PHONE KEEPS TURNING OFF BY ITS SELF, ON 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES NOW

Hi,

I hope someone can help me

I have had a problem where my phone keeps turning its self off, my main device is an galaxy s6 and it started on that one first, I couldn't fix it so switched over to lg g3, was fine for few days then started on that aswell, so switched to galaxy s4, been fine for over a week, now started on that device to (nightmare!).

I have changed my google account password and deleted all apps linked with my google account now just waiting to see if that works, if it doesn't not sure where to go next with this if anyone has experience with this or can help would be really appreciated.

Are you located near a high voltage power lines? High electromagnetic activity can have an effect on your cell phone devices. If so and its affecting your mobile devices maybe you should think about relocating yourself because it's not safe.

OK great but that was a possibility now let's check for something else. Do the cellphone's have cases they are in? If so check and see if the case is not properly fitted and pressing against the power buttons at any point. Troubleshooting with process of elimination.

Hi my s6 did have a slim case in it, the LG  g3 the same, the s4 has now case, i will test my s6 again this week without a case and report on it good idea.
Is there a chance a charger im using is affecting the batteries in the all?
Or the air con in my car is affecting it when mounted on the vent?

Are you putting the same apps on all 3 phones?

Main apps yes some ive removed, my s4 seems to have been ok last 2 days im. Wondering if changing my Google account password has done the trick, im going to boot my s6 up and test it, will see what happens thank you for your suggestions and help

Hi,

I think I know what the problem might be, the charger I've been using at work is perhaps faulty and its affecting the batteries in all 3 phones.
I plugged my s4 into it 2 days ago now i can even turn my s4 on now, can a charger do this to a battery? Its a samsung fast charger?

im pretty sure its the charger thats the problem as my ipad is having battery problems now thanks for everyones posts and help anyway
