Then you should most definitely return that, because I have had phones with dust under my screen but nothing close to that, that thing looks like you lent your phone to Brenden Frasier when he filmed the Mummy. Sorry about initially not believing, I am a cynical person by nature.

When I had my BB Storm I had the same problem took it into and they replaced the phone no questions asked. Its nothing you did it was just made bad.

I'm sorry to say this but I'm having a difficult time believing that those are pics of dust under the screen. Unless. I see a video of the screen being wiped with a cloth I'm going to have to go with that being paper towel particles on top the phone especially since it appears from the pics that the frame has these particle's too.

Dude you really got nerves, he doesn't have anything to prove too you nor would he have anything to gain by lying to us. Take the phone to the store or I would call Customer service 1st to see if they would just send you another without having to go to the store as I did.
