Pincode after reboot cannot setup vpn

Hello people,

Ive got a problem whit my android tv box.
If i do a factory reset and my box restarts fine.
I go to setup a vpn in the settings, also works.
When i restart en go to vpn it ask me for certificaat, en the installed vpn is gone!
In the setting is a pincode who i dont know.
Is there a factory code to change the pincode.
If i have the pincode i can turn is off en install a vpn.
Can somebody help me please.
Is a yoka kb2 pro.

What VPN service are you using, and how is it configured? Is it a VPN app you installed, or are you using the whatever VPN stuff that might be in settings. Some VPNs you might need to install a certificate for L2TP/IPsec, SSTP, etc. contact the VPN provider about that. For default PIN codes, if you haven't set anything different, try 0000 or 1234.
