Running Google Play Stote my AT&T Galaxy Note 8 won't find wi-fi or a cellular connection despite Wi-fi at 585mbps and 4GLTE at 5 bars. I went right to Netflix and downloaded a 108Mb video in about 10 seconds then I called the AT&T Store for support. Neither had a problem working. Also, I am less than 1000M from a cell tower.
This is my second phone; AT&T replaced the first one because of this problem. The tech at the store recommended I try to get a warranty replacement with a different model of phone (
not what I wanted).
This has been happening since I got the first phone when they were released.
I have reloaded Play Store on both phones with no effect on this problem. Also, the first phone had a factory reset and the problem came right back.
Any idea?
