Pleas reply! Bluetooth reverse tethering?

Hi, i think i'll start with the question first.
Can I do reverse bluetooth tethering so i can get internet on my mobile? I am rooted and my pc is using windows 7.

I've been trying to get internet on my device for a long time and i couldn't because:
- i don't have a wireless router
- i tried conectify, my pc doesn't have any wifi thing or whatever...
- i tried usb tethering, i used android terminal emulator for that and nothing, and the usb cable has problems too
But i have wifi tehtering for android (that enables bluetooth too), I'm pretty sure it's gonna help somehow.

SO, if somebody knows what can I do, please andswer me with some detailed steps. I'm gonna try anything I can.
