please help: how do you delete an app that you downloaded from the market place on an GS2?

Do you have to root it ? and can you please give a step by step guide. eg settings/ applications ect.

Lots of ways:

1. Go to Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>scroll to the application>open it>uninstall

2. If using default touch wiz, go to app drawer>menu>edit>click on the (-) sign on the upper right corner of the icon.

you can also go into the market..
menu.. my apps.. to go app in question... select: uninstall
