Help Please help with usb tethering

Hi i need help with this. I have downloaded pdanet and easytether to my phone but when i try to download it to my pc it gives me this error=02x. I have tried everything.

You haven't tried everything, you need to download the LG Mobile TOols download and install the driver for it, to work.
