Help Plz Hlp! Evo stuck on the startup screen

So were you able to get into recovery by holding the down volume and pushing the power button? If so, just go into recovery, do a complete wipe (data, cache, dalvik cache) and then flash whatever rom you were trying to flash.

Did you not do those wipes before flashing? And what rom are you flashing? Are you already on the latest ota and have updated radios? Just some things to consider.
