Possible GPS fix

    With so many having troubles with GPS I felt obligated to share the post from over at the Prevail forum that helped me fix mine on that phone and this one

    As I couldn't find it quick enough for my liking here's a quick rundown of what it said to do

    You'll need Root access for this, hence my posting in the All Things Root section :p

    From Google Play, grab the free apps FasterFix and GPS Fix

    Turn on your GPS under Settings>Location services>Use GPS satellites :rolleyes:

    Run FasterFix, following in app instructions to select your region's server

    Then run GPS Fix, letting it take as long as it needs to find you. If the location is not quite right when it does find you, run it over and over again until it's as close as you can live with

    And there you have it.
