Printing apps

Hello everyone, a little background first. I am new to tablets and I'm having a hard time finding a app for printing that works for me. I am into RC trucks and would like to print stickers for them. I need to be able to downsize a picture and print with multiple pictures on one page. For some reason I'm not finding what I need. I appreciate the help and thank you.
