Help problem with display screen, lines all the way across.

ANDROID is a mr.Tab MT-901, got lines going across the screen, HDD or SW problem? lines are just there, they dont move, and are all the way across, left to right, not even, they in bunches and scattered from top to bottom of screen, any ideas to what caused that, and if can fix kind of easy, or what? already set it back to factory settings. connect it to laptop with android SW, laptop doesnt even see Tablet with two different types of android software. dont think i left anything out, well, i hope that I did not.

Lines not moving, always there, even after factory reset? That sounds like a screen hardware problem, replacement screen required. As this is quite a cheap tablet, you probably need to replace the whole device, or just live with it.
