Problem: YouTube obscured by still photo

My s2 has started doing a weird thing! When I try to watch a YouTube video, whatever video I click on is then almost entirely obscured by a still photo of a guy playing a guitar (a still from another video I suppose). this is obviously incredibly annoying, and I can't uninstall You Tube. I'd be gratfeul for any suggestions - crossposting this to the s2 forum as I don't know which is more appropriate.
