I can view videos from some people but not from others. I get an error message telling me that the video can not be played. I have tried to download MX Player, but it does not work. I have saved some of the videos, and tried to play them from internal memory, but I get the same error message. I have not found anyone with a similar problem, and therefore no solutions. I have tried troubleshooting a few options, but came up dry every time. I feel like the problem is something to do with the quality of the video and my phones inability to play that high a quality.
