Problems with my S4

This problem started this past Friday and I have no idea why. I've never dropped the phone or anything of that nature. Anyway, everytime I try to call someone on my phone it'll say "call lost" and I have to do it 3 more times before It actually calls someone. Same thing with sending texts. It'll fail to send the text. I thought it was Sprint at first, but there's no problems with my girlfriends iPhone5 on Sprint. I tried to restart the phone and I even took the battery out for a few minutes with no luck.

Call Sprint and they can re-provision your GS4 over the phone. That may be the problem but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm about ready to smash my S4! This problem is still occurring and now I don't get incoming calls about 70% of the time. WHAT THE $#@! is going on here? How do I save apps on my SD and all my pictures on my SD, that includes DL pics too. I'm thinking about doing a hard reset!
