When I try to use the repair option, it tells me I have to close wininit.exe. This is a windows file. I upgraded my phone with no issues, why is this happening now? I have a lot of the strange symptoms listed on this forum for my arc:
shuts off by itself
screen freezes
sometimes while messaging, I cannot switch to numbers
.....
It was suggested to update my software, so I figured this repair option would be wise
